Want to add something fun to your game? Introducing a Halloween plugin that will not only scare you and your friends, but also amuse you! : )

A screamer occurs every 2-5 minutes with a 3% chance.
For new players, after entering the game, there is a 5% chance of being scared right away.

The screamer consists of a sharp sound of a ghast and a creeper, pumpkins begin to fly around the player and also gives the effect of blindness, mining fatigue and slowness.

The plugin also has a command /scare [player] - allows you to scare players immediately, without waiting for the cherished chance ;D
(cooldown command takes 5 minutes)

This is my first small plugin, so I will be glad for any support, because I liked creating plugins. I plan to upload more in the future!
