Bans now list if they're silent (Won't show on older bans).
Console now will show as the ban issuer.
Fixed a problem with the prefix not being shown correctly.
Purging ban information now requires a security code (set in the config) to prevent accidental resets.
You can choose to make the security code private or show when attempting to reset ban information.
Prefix is now CtckBans by default.
