Added ability to use an extra model as a base that only rotates side to side

Stands are now spawned invisible

Visibility can be toggled by right clicking them with empty hand

Up/Down angle changed to be adjustable with compass

Shift right click to aim down
Right click to aim up

Added towny checking for if an explosion should place blocks

Now only plays the sound once on a projectile that fires multiple times, unless it has delayed fire.

Disable projectiles destroying the stands
Swap the configs to enable them by default
