By request, nether wart has been added to the default configuration file. If you already have this plugin, you'll have to remove the existing configuration file so it can regenerate on startup.

All variables are now tweakable with a configuration file. Trees spread out on their own (and grow much more slowly), weeds pop up on their own, etc.
