Description
This plugin allows you to spawn a Creeper at your coords. Commonly used on Factions servers that needs another rank perk.
Configuration
Plugin comes with a config.yml file where you can configurate cooldown time, a message when creeper spawns, a cooldown message and a message if player doesn't have permission.

There is only one permission and it's used to use the command:
creeper.use
Usage
To spawn a creeper, simply type /creeper or /cegg. If you don't have permission no creeper will spawn!
