Commands:
/cbreload description: reload config.yml to add your changes

Permissions:
craftedby.reload description: allow you to use cbreload command

Config.yml:
messages:
signMessages: <-- the text added before the name of the player who made the item
reloadMessages: <-- the text that appear when the plugin is reloaded successfully
noPermission: <-- the plugin that appear when a player without "craftedby.reload" permission try to execute the command

You can add allowed items in config.yml under allowed-items for example:
Supported Items: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Material.html
allowed-items:
- DIAMOND_SWORD
- DIAMOND_CHESTPLATE

This will add a created by and a name of who made the item
