CRanks is a super simple rank/prefix plugin that allows operators to create and delete ranks with prefixes.

Commands:
/rank create <rank> <prefix> <suffix> <default>
/rank delete <rank>
/rank set <player> <rank>

aliases of main command: /cranks, /ranks
