Command and Permissions

Added console-message in the config.yml. Thanks to @YouJiin
Added reload and toggle command.
Toggle data of the players will be saved in toggle.yml

• /craftsoundreload - operators only
  
• /craftsoundtoggle - craftsound.toggle

Make sure to create backup of your config and delete it to generate the new config.yml file.

Master Volume and Sound Mappings

Added master-volume, sound-mappings to modify the sound, volume and pitch of every item. Thanks for the suggestion @Cyats
