Custom message feature! Aliasses for /msg: /t, /tell, /m, /pm, /message

Changed the update message to:
"Plugin is out of date, please download the new version at: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/core-plugin.87756/ If this is a recently released version, the spigot API might not have updated."

I had to do this because the spigot API is kinda slow and takes a while to update.

This update implements an automatic update checker!

Removed /toggle and put the toggles in the config file due to some issues regarding saving the toggles.

Added /toggle - You are now able to toggle: /discord, custom join and leave messages.

Added customizable join and leave messages
Currently working on being able to toggle certain commands/events

This update added /discord, where you can set a custom discord link!
