If all options are off, plugin will still:
- Added Support for PETAL servers

- Changed version check repository (txt file with html tags structure based on bukkit page) since Bukkit now blocks current version check on its webpage
- Emergency drooped items will only clean items with more then 3000 ticks (increased by 1000) and only for items without Enchantments

- tpsProtection (enable or disable tps protection, default true)
- speedProtection (enable or disable monitoring of abnormal player speed, default true

- allow you to enable via command AntigriefProtection on or off (plugin always starts with it off)
- show you lag information via command !lagmeter on or off (real-time and avarage of current and last minute)
- Added antiChatReport option (experimental - default off), but my recommendation is to leave chat report available to users

This update continues to show support for Ukraine by informing a Russian player when joins, with latest concerns.
- Anti Hack protection, Jump and Fly - (hackProtection config, off by default) has been much improved for performance and to allow parkour;
- Anti hack includes now clean-up on hacked items (lvl > 6);
