The .. uh.. Cool Plugin - Make your players feel cool!

This Cool Plugin is an entertaining and unique Minecraft plugin that allows server owners to bring a touch of 'coolness' to their players. With this plugin, players can toggle their "cool" status on and off, and enjoy some fun features while being "cool".

Features:

1. Toggle 'Coolness': Players with the appropriate permission can toggle their "cool" status or another player's "cool" status using the command /cool toggle <player>. Upon toggling, a message is broadcasted in the chat to let everyone know that the player is now officially cool.
   
   
2. Cool Prefix: While in "cool" mode, players will have a bold, green [cool] prefix added to their chat messages. This way, their coolness can be seen by everyone on the server. Warning: this MIGHT not work when using other prefix plugins like LuckPerms.
   
   
3. Cool Messages: Every 5 minutes, a random message will be broadcasted in the chat, praising the cool player. There are 15 different message variations, all customizable in the config.yml file.
   
   
4. Name Highlighting: Whenever someone types the name of a "cool" player in the chat, their message will be automatically modified to include the word "(cool)" right after the player's name, highlighting their cool status.
   
   
5. Permissions: This plugin integrates with Minecraft's permission system, giving you control over who can use the /cool toggle command.
   
   
6. Persistent Coolness: Cool status is saved for each player, so they will remain cool even after leaving and rejoining the server.

• coolplugin.toggle: Allows the player to use the /cool toggle command.
