Bug fix: CACTUS and SUGAR_CANE added to the default config that is created on startup.
Enhancement: Versions 1.19.3 and 1.19.2 supported now.

If you use version 2.0.1, add following settings to your plantSettings.yml under plantGrowthList (or delete it and let my plugin regenerate the file).
