Assign the following rights to players or groups through the rights system (for example, LuckPerms, PEX, etc...):

console.use — to enable/disable spy mode.
console.hide — to hide your commands.
console.ignore — to ignore the commands of other players.
console.reload — restarting the plugin.
console.spy — see the teams of players themselves.

By default, these rights are available only to operators ( default: op).
