Prefix
This is the header before of your message, usually server admins set this to their server names.

NoPermissionsMessage
This is the message that shows up when a player tries to use the command "/op".

So if you were to go in game and run /op Gemesil (my nickname), you are going to get the error message that is defined in this value in the config.

NoBypassMessage
This is the message that shows up when a player tries to use a command bypass like /essentials:ban or really anything that tries to go over the default commands set by your plugins. if you want the players to be able to access commands like this, then don't download this plugin.
