Note: item merging appears to behave differently in 1.21.3 (it's much less aggressive now), so you will have to throw an entire stack of concrete powder in at once in order to convert it all at the same time.

• /concretemixer command to display version info and reload the plugin.
  • Administrators must have access to the concretemixer.admin permission node (operators have it by default) in order to use /concretemixer reload.
• Update checker (can be disabled in the config).
  • If an update is found, then a notification will be sent to console.

• Fix GriefPrevention version detection.

• Move metrics config option. Previously-set values will be automatically migrated.
