Excited to bring to you CompassHunt v1.9.5, a long-awaited update focused on customization and integration.

What's New?

PlaceholderAPI Support

• CompassHunt now supports PlaceholderAPI.
• While CompassHunt does not currently have its own placeholders, this update allows you to use:
  • Built-in placeholders like %player_name%, %player_health%, %player_world%, etc.
  • Any third-party plugin placeholders supported by PlaceholderAPI.
• Perfect for customizing tracking messages with dynamic player or server data.

Example Usage:
'&aNow tracking &e%player_name% &ain world &e%player_world%&a!'

⚠️ CompassHunt-specific placeholders are not yet available, but may be added in a future update.

⚙️ config.yml is Back

• The configuration file (config.yml) has returned.
• You can now edit the tracking message shown when using /hunt and /track.
• Supports all default Minecraft color codes.

CompassHunt v1.9.2 is a small update focused on improving plugin compatibility, flexibility with permissions plugins, and resolving minor issues. This version makes it easier for owners or server developers to integrate CompassHunt into their setups - regardless of which permissions plugin they use.

• Removed LuckPerms as a required dependency.
• CompassHunt now supports any permissions plugin, offering more flexibility. Additionally to that there is soft-dependency support for LuckPerms, GroupManager, and PermissionsEx.
• Added basic compatibility support for Minecraft 1.21.8.
• Fixed an issue where old /compass command alias was still visiable in-game. The corret and only alias for main command now is /ch.

• ➕ Updated Version Support. Since this update plugins main version will be 1.20 with added comatibility for 1.21 trough 1.21.6, and successfully tested on 1.21.7.
  
• ♻️ Command Changes. The /compass alias for the hunt command has been removed due to a conflict with Essentials plugin. A new alias is /track so for hunting you can use either /track or /hunt command.
  
• ♻️ LuckPerms now required. Using LuckPerms is no longer optional - it is now a required dependency. So, without it the plugin will not start.
  
• ❌ Config removed. The configuration option for customizing the tracking message and prefix has been removed (for now). But overall messages should be now fixed in different versions of Minecraft.

Fixed minor bugs.

With this update, permission was added to the plugin. This gives an opportunity to limit the rights of who can use it, and since version 1.2.0, permission must be added to the player or rank to use the compass. Without permission, the command will not be visible to players.
