Make compact note block builds that still make noiseNoteblock will now work with trapdoors above them.
If a trapdoor is a top half then the noteblock will work no problem.
If a trapdoor is a bottom half the noteblock will only work if the trapdoor is open.
If a trapdoor is a top half then the noteblock will work no problem.
If a trapdoor is a bottom half the noteblock will only work if the trapdoor is open.
