Windows defender found a Wacatac trojan in the .jar file for this most recent version of CommandTimer. Whether or not this file is neccesary for the plugin to run correctly, It scared me. So, I will not be using this plugin any further.

Superb plugin, i earlier had a issue with commands not bieng run, but after downgrading to 8.0.1 things seem to run smoothly.

unfortunately its pretty sad to see a plugin dev belittle bad reviews instead of trying to get input and feedback regardless if the person contacted support discord. (as it seem no one answers)

plugin gets 10/10 after issue is fixed.

dev's behavior get 4/10

Thanks for your great review. Sorry for the inconveniences you had with the latest version, those will be handled in the next release.

About my behaviour with bad reviews, the only reason why I reply on them in such way is because those people don't even try to get their problem solved and use the reviews as some sort of support channel.

The people posting 1 stars never contacted support before posting that review, and seem to do the same for a whole bunch of other plugins where they posted reviews as well..

Does not work for 1.19.4 (not that it claims to).
i like the interface, but it does not fire the command automaticly as it should. for now im not able to use it. but does it update to 1.19.4 i will download it right away.

my issue is it does just not fire as scheduled, i can however do it manually with cmt execute command.

The plugin is not version specific and runs on every version since 1.8. Pretty sad to see a review like this from someone who didn't even take time to to reach support on Discord for example

Pretty sad to see your review. Apparently waiting until I come back from holiday is too much for you...
The only reason why it's free is because I want to give high quality plugins to the community, and the issue you described (with very poor information attached to it) doesn't even look related to CommandTimer itself.
Also the plugin does work 1.19.2, but is probably not working as expected because of a misconfiguration on your side

It's a really good and well done plugin, but I don't understand how the anvil was chosen over the sign interface for commands. It makes it so I have to go back and forth unloading and reloading the plugin after editing the config to add long commands. Please add a configuration to pick between the two interfaces.

Thanks for your review. I'm currently working on a version that will support 1.17, it's on its way.
For now, you can simply use the plugin with the files directly. The internal commands don't work for 1.17 as you mentioned.

Great resource, but it is not suitable for my use because of the lack of possibility to execute the command "/cmt set <timer_name> <field> <value>" from the console. I hope my suggestion will be considered, good luck!

Thanks for your great review! You can specify a permission for a task like permission: 'my.permission.here' where you would put the commands, seconds,... You also have to add perUser: true which means that the command needs to be executed for every user (if they have the permission). is there a way you could add that cooldown/timer resets when player dies that means player executes the command when he joins the server and when he dies timer resets and when he joins the server again he can use the command again :D

Terrible plugin. So complicated. Author doesn't help at all and screams at users that put less than 5 stars. Already contacted him and he never fixed anything and just told me to wait. Plugin was broken for me and was working once and then stopped. BAD PLUGIN DO NOT USE. GUI is NOT easy and wasted my 5 hours of life.

You try to use a Minecraft (not spigot) command that don't support multi world while my plugin does.
Of course I'm not happy with 1-star reviews because as you can see a lot of people just use the plugin, all the others don't even ask for support.
Your message : 'Your plugin is great and all except- It doesn't work with multiverse.'
My plugin DOES work with multiverse, it is just the command that you use (/setblock) that doesn't work with multiverse.

Straight up doesn't work, followed the wiki for hours, even used the default config and just changed the time values, and still didn't work.

Author replies about contacting him shouldn't be a valid reason to get the plugin, users shouldn't have to reach out just to get plugin to work with the default config lmao

There are better options out there like mc-cron, I would recommend that.

As you can see over 4000 people downloaded the plugin and a lot are using the plugin on the server (even servers over 500 constant players). You probably did something wrong but yeah, if you don't contact me you'll never know what you did wrong

Hello, I am Brazilian and for me it is hard to understand, I would like to know if it has for how long for the player to execute a command, (I do not know if this is the purpose of the plugin), the player writes: / rankup, and when he is played again, "Please wait 30 seconds". Can you do that?

Hi there,

Thanks for your review, but this isn't how the plugin works.
It allows you to schedule commands, so for example if you want to execute "say Hello everyone" every friday at 8 o'clock that is possible.
It's not meant to put counters on commands, there are other plugins for that.

The plugin is very nice but if i had to add 1 thing it must be:
Delay: to add a little time before the command gets runned so i can create 2 messages that come each hour but then one with a half hour delay so you see every 30 minutes a message. Or is there a other way?

I'll add a trigger feature in the next update that will allow you to start a new command after x seconds.

Great plugin without those spamming messages in config and too in game... hope it will be fixed as soon as possible, because its really good plugin

Ignores the config after ever server restart. This is not a config issue, I validated the yml. It is not a plug-in conflict, I tested on a server with no plugins.

No errors in console either.

I have two problems with this plugin :
- Your commands can't be executed by the console, why ? I can't use this plugin if the console can't excute your commands
- I don't understand at all the help of the /commandtimer create, too much settings are showed but we can't understand what it useless and what is very important

It could be an amazing plugin but without these features, I can't use it and it's a bad thing :c

1,timer which start with command execution. ex. /commandtimer <task_name> <seconds> (which executes task_name after x seconds)
2,command for reloading config.yml
3,command for creating/removing task ex. /commandtimer create <task_name> <option> <true|false|value> <option> <true|false|value>... ,/commandtimer remove <task_name>
4.command for modifying tasks. ex./commandtimer modify <task_name> <option> <true|false|value>
5,permission system (for command I suggested above)

I don't hope you to implement all of them because I think this will be tough work.

Thank you for this awesome plugin i felt i just needed to comment after what it just did for me, Citizens has a annoying bug where if you typed /npc create your name and you had Namemanager installed your nametag would turn white, also a minigames plugin i use if i joined a minigame my name would turn white, using this plugin i am reloading the Namemanager plugin every 20 seconds and now i don't even notice the white nametags from Citizens or the Minigames plugin thank you so much for making this, i really hated the annoying Citizens and Minigames glitch where my nametag would turn white and i'd lose my prefix your plugin fixed it so not anymore :)

There are so many of this, and the only thing you do is just changing the text.
