CommandScheduler -----
CommandScheduler allows you to schedule commands every x amount of secondsYou must specify the day and for time it uses 24 hour format.
If you want it to run on any day/hour/minute/second you can use '*'.
If you want it to run on any day/hour/minute/second you can use '*'.
Added ability to randomize which command it will run from the list and the ability to change the initial delay.
