CommandDefender is now superseded by BlackWidow which is a direct upgrade and should be quite easy for you to convert your old servers to.
It should have all the features of CommandDefender with fresh polish and much more to come.

About
CommandDefender is a very solid command blocker built to block and hide commands that you configure it to from your players and even staff.
It has a powerful configuration which allows you to quite deeply tweak exactly how you would like commands to be blocked on your server.
By default, a blacklist of the plugin viewing commands is used, though you can even create a whitelist of commands that you only want to be executable.
CommandDefender also blocks commands like /bukkit:help and /pluginname:command by default, to prevent easy circumvention of your command blocking configuration.
CommandDefender filters the tab command suggestions on 1.13+ servers as well. (Tab filtering for 1.7-1.12 servers is being worked on for CommandDefender v3.)
CommandDefender is built to run on servers as old as 1.7, it runs without causing any lag on your server. 'Set and forget', it'll do it's job!
