Fixed an issue where combat timer would start if you hit teammates in BetterTeams

New Features
- Grace Period: Added a "grace period" option where players have a short immunity window after logging in or teleporting. You can enable/disable this, adjust the grace timer and customize messages in the config file.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where you could toggle PvP while in combat
