Fixed a bug where message-crashing a player would crash the server.

Made crystals target the enemy's feet at highest priority if they are standing on a crystalable block.

If not, crystals will then be placed on the nearest crystalable block.

If no crystalable blocks were found nearby, a new obsidian would be placed under the entity if there was space.

Added perms for custom commands so the plugin will no longer be considered as a backdoor.

Added FastCrystal Module, will auto enable if your ping is too high.
