Here is a lightweight plugin to clean the chunks chests using a config list
/cleanchests reload/addItem
permission : Cleanchests.use
description : Allows staff to clean specific stuff from chests
It also applies when loading a chunk so you can, for example, clean some shipreck chests from moss
