Commands:

• /newclan Clanname Password
• /joinclan Clanname Password
• /setclancolor Color
• /leaveclan
• /clanmsg message To send a Message to all Clan-Members
  
  
• /setclanbase Sets you Clanbase
• /clanbase Teleports you to your Clanbase
• /setclanleader Sets your Clanleader
• /kickmember Kicks a Member out of the Clan
• /setclanpassword NewPassword Changes the Password of your Clan

Setup:
Just drop the .jar files in to your Plugins-Folder and restart your server.
