Added a timer for when flight is toggled off you can now be invulnurable so you don't take fall damage after it has been toggled off, please generate a new config file when you install this version.

You can now add a bypass permission to a user to let them fly outside of claims aswell.

Quickly fixed issue with color coded message when leaving chunk while flight is active.
