This update allows you to ban or unban all of the online players (with exceptions being for banning if the player is the owner of the claim, has the permission "claimban.exempt" or is already banned then it will skip them and for unbanning if the player is not banned it will skip them).

The way to perform said actions would be using the following commands while standing in a claim:
/claimban * | /claimunban *

I also added a way to disable the version update message in-game in the config.yml.
