Cigarette - Speedgot

Packets are now used for armorstands instead of real entities, this will prevent other plugins or using commands like /minecraft:kill to remove cigarettes and at the same time will solve incompatibilities with other plugins.
Due to the previous change, support for versions 1.15 and 1.16 has been dropped, working from now on from version 1.17 to the latest version.

Execute command in console.
Fix dupe issue when right clicking the armor stand holding the cigarette.
Fix issue where players could place items on the armor stand holding the cigarette.
Added [amount] parameter to the /cigarette give command, so you can choose the amount of cigarettes to give; take in mind that some items can't be stacked by default, like hoes.
From version 2.0.1, new cigarettes will have an identifier on the item.
- This is done to identify the cigarette after making some changes to the cigarette where before, those cigarettes could stop working.
- Also, to avoid that players with access to edit the name and lore of the items can create copies of the cigarettes just by changing the name and lore for example, to a torch;
- This change will break the old cigarettes.
  - In config.yml there's a new option called invalidate-old-cigarettes, if true, old cigarettes will no longer work.
  - By default it's false, it's up to you to decide what to do with these old cigarettes; unfortunately, there is no way to convert old cigarettes into new ones.

Pipes added!
- You can set the cigarette material to any type of hoe (WOODEN_HOE/STONE_HOE/IRON_HOE/etc.) to make it look like a pipe.
- To make the pipe look small like the third image, use the small attribute and set it to true (take a look at this example).
Added config updater.
Dupes issue fixed (you can no longer light a cigarette by right-clicking with the cigarette in your secondary hand).
Light the cigarettes/pipes by clicking on them with flint and steel or fire charge (you can make this mandatory for each cigarette).
Added new attributes to the cigarettes:
- requires-lighting - if the cigarette can only be lit with a fire source.
  - bypass permission: cigarette.bypass.requireslightning
- second-hand-smoke - if true, players near you when you are smoking will also receive the effects (not fully tested).
  - bypass permission: cigarette.bypass.secondhandsmoke
- small - already explained above, makes the pipe look small (only works for pipes, when some hoe is used as material).
Changed /cigarette get <name> command to /cigarette give <name> [player], where you can specify the name of a player.
