Good plugin, it helps to load chunks before start schedule events, respawn bosses and things like that. The author is well done for implementing such a necessary functionality for server administrators! thank you! 5 stars!

Chunks aren't actually loaded after I enable chunk load. I leave my spawner and come back to 0 spawned mobs
