Allow players to remove chunks of land with one click!- There was a report of a bug involving an error message for max height when using a chunkbuster on all levels. This should be patched now.
- Added RGB color support for all messages and item/gui configuration.
- Changed api version to support 1.14+ instead of just 1.18.
