Hotfix for console error

• Added an option to disable metrics. (Metrics are enabled by default)

Starting with this version, all new versions will go up on Modrinth, instead of Spigot.
I will still keep this page up to date on major versions. But to get the latest fixes and changes I suggest you follow the Modrinth page instead.

You can now limit blocks per chunk via a blocks.yml file.
By default this feature is disabled so make sure to enable it via the blocks.yml file.

2 new messages have been added to the config.yml:

• Added Info command: /csl info or /cslinfo. Permission csl.info
  
• Added Settings command: /csl settings or /cslsettings. Permission csl.settings
  
• Added Reload command alias: /csl reload
• Some minor optimizations

Info & Settings commands simply print out what you have in your config.

* Permission is csl.reload.
* Fixed an error on server startup. See #3.
