ChoppableTrees Update: WorldGuard Integration & Permission Check Command!

This update brings a few exciting improvements:

• WorldGuard Support: Tree chopping now fully respects WorldGuard regions! Players can only chop or farm trees if they have build permissions in the area.
• New Command: Added a command to check if you have permission to chop trees at your current location. Great for troubleshooting and making sure everything works as expected!
• You can also disable individual events in the config for even more control.
