Resource is not Working it Says Missing Vault but Vault is loaded.

Cant get this Running Every other Plugions Economy Shops and more are detecting vault just not this plugin

This plugin is perfect! it works really well, is easy and simple to use, the signs format nicely when done, also the developer is really quick to respond to people and open to suggestions, great plugin for simple easy shops :)
