Some people were experiencing entire boards being uncreated on server restart, this has fixed it

Fixed en passant and castling not working with flipped boards

Added the rule so that you can't castle out of check

-Fixed a weird bug where only the first board worked with timers

Changelog:
- Changed the chess timer to be editable by any player on any board. You just need to right-click the clock that appears on the side when you join a board to change the time. 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and no limit are the options.
