The args update - 2.0

Hey there, finally an update after so long.. Here are the changes:

- You are now able to add arguments in the commands. For example /rcadd hello there, ban LagBug You now must split the 2 commands using a comma ( ,).
- Cleaned the code a bit and removed/changed some unneeded stuff.

Fixed issues when clicking outside of a GUI.
Removed sounds since they are un-needed.
