This plugin is a simple plugin that lets you mute and clear the chat of your server!

Instructions:
1. Download the plugin
2. Drag it into your server "plugins" file
3. Restart your server

Permissions:

• chattools - Lets you use /chattools (Help Command)
  
• chattools.clearchat - Lets you use /clearchat [<player>]
• chattools.mutechat - Lets you use /mutechat
  
• chattools.mutechat.bypass - Lets you talk while the chat is muted
