This is really poor. It says "ChatTools" and that you can "moderate" the chat - but all it really does is enable/disable and "clear" the chat. It's basically a "oh I just learned how to do 7 things in Java of which 2 are Hello World programs and 3 are String comparison" plugin made by a probably 16 year old. Would not recommend.
