This plugin will display the time in front of player messages

It adds new rank system with luckperms
Just create 6 groups in luckperms calling them vip,vip+,mvp,mvp+,mvp++,youtube.
and add chattime.vip,chattime.vip+,chattime.mvp,chattime.mvp+,chattime.mvp++ and chattime youtube.
add people who you want to have the rank in to the group
