ChatProtect was tested for Spigot 1.18 and it worked! I've added also new domains for detection

in this update I implemented some functions and tested this plugin with the server version 1.14. It worked.

+ Added punishment "tempban". Additionaly you can set the duration in the config

+ new permission: chatprotect.admin
