This fully customisable, lightweight plugin allows players to quickly and easily get each other's attention by pinging one another through chat.
How It Works To ping a player, simply type the prefix (@ by default) followed by a players name. When you send the message, the player's name will be highlighted in chat and they will hear a sound.
Customisation To customise the plugin, go to the config.yml file. You can find this inside your plugins/ChatPings folder. Here, you can customise the ping prefix, style, sound, volume and pitch. For a list of formatting codes, click here. For a list of sounds, click here, then use the Sound Event column. - Please note, some sounds will not work with earlier versions of Minecraft

Whenever you make a change to the configuration file, make sure you restart/reload your server so the changes can take effect!
