Installation:

1. Download the ChatHeads.jar file.
2. Place it into your server's plugins directory.
3. Restart your server, or load the plugin dynamically if your server supports it.

Navigate to the /plugins/ChatHeadPlugin/config.yml file to adjust settings like message lifespan and vertical offsets. Changes take effect upon server reload or by dynamically reloading the plugin
