Plugin for disabling certain words in your server chat

-There are some premade words
-Plugin blocks url adresses (http://,https://), if you dont want it just delete them from the config.yml
-If you set word "bad" to be blocked, it will block everything that has the word bad in it "badass" for example

Loweracase support

- From now it transfers all letters to lowercase. So if you set word "shit" to be blocked, words sHiT or SHit will be also blocked.
