This plugin is highly bugged, and support has been completely unresponsive for weeks. The sign check feature works, but it's not filtered at all, only checks. In /msg, some words are filtered while others are not, which doesn't make sense. It’s also not compatible with Carbon's /msg, as it doesn't filter anything at all. When using EssentialsX's /msg, it only filters some words for reasons that aren’t clear.

its ok, but i really dont like the 3 seconds waiting time between sending messages, i looked in the config but cant find any way to disable that

The plugin is awesome once you have it set up but the configs were a little confusing to me.

There are different messages sent at different times for different reasons which seems very convoluted.

You have actions which can and by default sometimes do send messages but you also have messages in the messages_en.properties.

Also there is fancy text in the config.yml but also unicodeFilters.yml and I have no idea how they're different and why they have different configs but perhaps I also do not understand enough about unicode and all the different characters that there are to really judge this.

As an end user, it's slightly confusing but you can get it to work as you want and it does exactly what I wanted, so overall I'm happy but it took slightly longer than I hoped it would.

Keep up the good work still, this is one of the only simple plugins that works as I wanted it to and does no other chat stuff that I don't want or need :)

Works great, easy to configure and get running. Provides all the necessary tools for automatic chat moderation.

Great plugin for free. Can't find any other alternatives that work as well as this one!

bad ru support, tell easy bypass for examle bocked \bблять, but with 'БЛЯТЬ in tell i can bypass' also says in блять blacklsit: you cannot use 'блять пока' but not 'блять' not specific.
also needs to check rename mobs

it isn't whitelisting an absolut URL (that contains https://) it gets catched by URL_REGEX

it also muted my console (I setup automessage) now it doesn't broadcast messages anymore (through that plugin)

Awesome chatfilter plugin. The only problem I have is the reload function seems somewhat broken, so configuring takes a bit of time since you need to restart.

Unicode support is also a bit strange/inconsistent, tho I have made an issue and the dev is looking to add it.

Absolutely the best available chat filter on Spigot, works out of the box for the most part - small adjustments needed to tweak what words are allowed but other than that it does the job perfectly.

Over all a great plugin, but I wish we could modify the messages it sends. For example changing the "Do not repeat messages" message.

Please open source it. There are bugs that we would like to fix and features we would like to disable. The IP filter and anti-advertisement filter are not editable and cause bugs. "r-co" and other random strings get caught.

Took me far to long to come across this plugin!
Coming from the bloated ChatControl plugin it is refreshing to see a chat management plugin that is not overloaded with unnecessary features.

Decent chat filter, it's very hard to find one that isn't bloated or messes with chat formatting so it's nice to see a simple one. One downside is that it's very easy to circumvent

cool plugin, gets the job done, regex useful to use if you know how. dev responds quickly to any issues as well

This is a really amazing plugin. It's simple and easy to use with the in-game commands. I love the use of regex, it really helps out with swear catches etc. It's great to finally find a plugin that does what it is meant to do without unnecessary features.

A good plugin if you are just looking for a Chat Filter. Is nice to finally have a lightweight standalone plugin rather than something that tries to be everything. Dev is responsive.
