Added Lots Of New Functions:
/smc to set message cooldown
/ignore <player>
/permMute <player>
/unmute <player>
/setprefix:default string to <string> (use this to set the name of the displayed default prefix, the default prefix will be set to every1 who dont have a custom one. it's displayed like [prefix])
/setprefix:default color to <color> (set the color of the prefix, colors are : red; light_red; black ...)
/setprefix of <player> to <string> (for player prefix displayed name)
/setprefix:color of <player> to <color> (set the color of the prefix of player)
/clearchat (to clear all the chat)
