the plugin is decent but it is abandonned/ it seem the developer is no longer maintaning it. furthermore there are a few minor bugs.
would rate 5 star if the developer came back.

I have been using this plugin for a while at this point, and the developer had always been amazing. Recently (Starting beginning of this year) It seems the developer has stepped away from this project. For anybody using servers 1.12-1.18 I highly suggest this plugin yet be cautious and know that there will most likely be no updates to the placeholders, commands, or permissions which all lackluster. Would rate 5stars if the developer came back.

Some functional features, but over all buggy and files will regenerate and reset any work you did on them, seemingly out of no where. Developer does not respond to support and seems to have zero ambition to continue any of his projects.

As of 9/30/21, Woutzah does NOT offer support for troubleshooting issues with this plugin. Totally inactive and not reachable on Discord. Will update my rating if something changes.

Great plugin, players are loving all the chat games on server and very helpful with making server more active... There are no issues with plugins either so great overall.

But im using old version of the plugin because with the recent update they made it so you need to config every question with their own reward... Its good if you only having few questions or items but imagine even doing like 25-30 or maybe 500 questions then adding 10 rewards to every quiz can be hard specially in old versions it was very easy to do.. I mean why go from easy config making to spending hours and hours to config it now... Old system was great....

I have to keep using the old version because new version is very complicated now.

Every new version they change the files and that break your progress, it is a great plugin but you have to keep that every new patch will break your files.

this is a great solution if you have a limited set of rewards in mind like 1-10. but not so easy to set up if you want a lot of rewards + questions.

the way its set up (currently) means you have to paste a list of reward ID's for each question;
Rewards:
- 1
- 2
- 3
...
unless there's another way to select a range of ID's in yml that idk about - like rewards: [1, 9-15, 17-20] ? - then that means if your reward pool is 50-100+ your yml will be REALLY long. you can still probably manage it by pasting your rewards last, and if you need to edit something later you could use your "CTRL+F and replace all" magic, but its still super messy to use in practice

If the races had default examples this should be paid plugin :D The copy pasting is very tedious but its still an awesome plugin.

The plugin is great with so many diff types of races for players to play and players are loving it... But with the latest update instead of making rewards simple and easy for races it made, even more, harder but now need to set rewards in the rewards file and for every single word/quiz question which can be hard... These can be done but now the biggest issue for me is Announcement msg are not centered so can't go back to old plugin n either latest.

1. Rewards should be simpler to setup
2. Setting center msg true does nothing...

So, look I love the plugin. I love that you can have the players do more than click a thing, or type a word to win a prize. However, I am also a bit miffed that I need to redo things to fit the new system. I would have liked if it could have converted things for me, or there was some other way for me to go about it without me spending at least an hour mindlessly copy and pasting things. The plugin is still good, and yes it is free. Honestly I would be willing to pay for it in the future if it meant I didn't have to copy and paste so many chat race words now lol.

This is tricky. I rate the plugin itself very highly, but this particular update is what I rate fairly low. It went from a system of using a simple list in terms of brawls to a system of unique identifiers and options. There does not appear to be a way to convert from the old system to the new, which means that in order to properly update, I'd need to spend a few hours mindlessly copy and pasting identifiers, setting up their numbers, putting in all of the lists I already have one by one by one, which is of course not something I'm going to do.

It's a bit of an unrealistic expectation and ends up being a largely user-unfriendly update. The plugin is 5 stars, this update is 2 stars. Just wanted to clarify my thoughts.

Really good plugin. I just got this today and people already seem to be having tons of fun with it. You can add a ton of questions for the quizes. And so many options. Something I would like though is the ability to add a different response and reward for each challenge word. Like under the word in config maybe be able to put special_reward: and give it its own custom reward.

I have a problem that people can solve as many times as they want. I can prove it with the text response challenges. All text response challenges can be answered unlimitedly and so get the prizes until the challenge ends. Is it a bug or a problem of its own?

This plugin is great, makes the chat a little bit more fun to watch out and enjoy together through challenges :)

+ I had an issue on the config that I couldnt find, went to discord, ask the question and had a response right away, great support and great plugin.

Definitely a great plugin to have if you want your players to have more things to do in your server. Promotes activity in both new and old players alike.
The config is very well explained, and if you have any doubt you can always jump on their Discord and they'll help you. The Author is really active and takes critique and suggestions.
I have a lot of plugins in my server but it hasn't conflicted with any of them or given any problem.
And if it ever does, I'm not nervous because I know that I can hop on Discord and they will fix it.

10/10, shame I can't rate it higher.

Amazing plugin and is of great joy to all players. Glad to see something like this. I would have 1 small suggestion and that would be to save events/races in seperate files. This would enable you to update your plugin with new races as you want and players wouldn't need to regenerate their config file every time. (also removes clutter from config.yml at the same time if these are stored in seperate files)

All in all an amazing plugin, and i appreciate all the time and effort put into this!
