chat2go has been completely recoded in 1.16/1.17 as native version. The code base is now much more clean.

There are many small improvements but also drawbacks like the removing of the automated broadcasts. I'm pretty sure they will come back with an SQLLite/MySQL implementation soon. Also the slow mode is not implemented yet.

This is a BETA version so it might come with some bugs I didn't noticed yet. Please report them!
