Chat mentions -----
This plugin is for chat mention you can mention anybody in the chat without @This skript scans for all said player names in chat and highlights them light green (&a) and plays an XP sound to the player mentioned.
It splits the text replacing in two ways. for default groups, it targets grey as the message color, and for all others (staff or player ranks) be white.
This skript can easily be modified to act when a prefix like '@' is before a name or adding special permissions.
