Chat Manager -----

Please note this command is still awaiting updates!
/chat staff on/off - This enables/disables staff chats which will be set to off on every join!
/chat clear on - This clears the chat on behalf of the staff who uses it!
/op - This will take over the default essentials op, as it does the same function!
/deop - This will take over the default essentials de-op, as it does the same function!

This will show what permissions there are and what they do
chatmanager.sc - The permission here would allow that certain person access to see the staff chat messages!
chat.bypass - This by passes the global chat mute!
P.S This skript is in development and has only been tested on 1.17.1, as I have the SKBee 1.17.1 version which should work, not sure if it is a dependency!
