For a long time I was looking for a plugin that would offer a separate message sending time for each rank. I only miss the ability to display in the message how many seconds are left until the next one can be sent, because currently you can only display every how many seconds you can send them

Nice plugin, very simple yet customizable, one suggestion would be to have the option to send a message with the remaining cooldown when a player tries to send a message and is on cooldown.
