In this update I added a Permissions System, fixed bugs, made more commands and better configurations System.

I added Langugages Files and Langugages. You can edit them if you write /ch and then go to the Languages Menu and then press any Language.

In this Update, I fixed all Bugs, they came in and updated the Timer
