Patched the PlaceHolders:

to correctly show the remaining time.

Added permission: "cgpd.receive" in order to let a player receive the PayDay
Added command: /cgpdgiveto <player | list of players> to give a PayDay to 1 or more players
Added placeholders (require PlaceHolderAPI):
%SCG_timetillpd_h% - Time remaining untill PayDay in Hours
%SCG_timetillpd_m% - Time remaining untill PayDay in Minutes
%SCG_timetillpd_s% - Time remaining untill PayDay in Seconds
